All conference attendees, including presenters, must complete the registration form and submit the registration fee.
The registration fee is non-refundable, but in the event that a registered attendee cannot attend the conference, the registration is transferrable within the institution to a colleague who is able to attend. Please inform us at email@example.com by Monday, June 1 of any changes in registration.

Registration fee information
- $40.00 if postmarked on or before May 15
- $50.00 if postmarked after May 15
Registration will also be available on site on the day of the conference for $50.00 per attendee. Advanced registration is greatly appreciated to ensure that we have enough materials for all participants and accurate numbers for meals.
For attendees from outside of Rutgers:
The registration fee must be paid by personal or institutional check. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards, purchase orders, or cash. Please make checks payable to Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
For attendees from Rutgers:
The registration fee must be made by journal entry. Please contact Iris Zipkin (email@example.com) for account information.
The registration fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and all conference materials. Some of our lunch selections will be suitable for vegetarians or vegans. If you have special dietary needs or require physical accommodations, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 732-445-0163.
